We were close to borovets ski resort. Met needs, perfect for a family. There was Restaurant Hrima walking distance to the accommodation, as a dining option. The setting was magnificent:)))

Nice big apartments, lots of facilities, great location for skiing, good price, friendly staff, good amenities on site including cashpoint, bar and pool.
No ski lockers. Or perhaps I just missed them!

We were in "Tulip" appartments. The location is perfect for skiers - right next to the gondola. The studio was very clean and nice. There is a small restaurant downstairs on very good prices. The property management agency is very adequate - there was no reception, but the guy came right away, lead us to the appartment, showed us all facilities... The parking is for 24 hours but he let us keep our car there for the whole next day while we are skiing. (too bad the gondola was stopped because of strong wind).
The water has a little bit strange color when you fill the bath tube - for sure it is not drinkable, although for bathing it is ok. The sauna, fitness and pool are in the next building and are not included in the price - at least in our offer - but for this price we did not expect them to be :)

Not enough parking spaces for all the appartments, so you have to park in the hotel parking if there is a free park space.

Perfect location, close to the hiking trails and the lift, great and cheap family-run restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a couple of days, including a hair-dryer, TV, fridge and even a toaster. It's very quiet, clean and private. Totally worth it!

poor sound insulation so noises from neighbouring apartments and from street did interrupt the night´s sleep a little.

The location was excellent, very near to the slopes and pubs/restaurants. It was clean, tidy, very well organised and reasonably priced.

Having freedom and plenty of space and facilities included in the accommodation. I.e kettle, oven, fridge etc.
The light outside of our apartment was not working which made it very difficult when locating the lock at night.

Everything was great, except some of the services did not work. The indoor pool, sauna and restaurant were not available due to small number of guests, as they said. Other than this, everything was perfect for one small family. Best regards.

The appartment was clean, well designed, spacious with a brilliant view ( 5th ) floor. The food in the restaurant was good value and excellent quality. Some staff were friendly and efficient. Superb location for the ski runs.
Some of the staff were off hand and even rude. Training in customer relations is needed!

Should not be referenced in english version of Booked.net as the manager of those studios does not speak english and there is a complete disorganisation between Hotel Flora where the studios are located and the manager/owner of the studios: Flora simply disregards you as a customer of Flora hotel. So despite having booked a parking lot, all parking lots were full on arrival and we had to fight for 45 minutes with hotel Flora to have a parking lot since the manager/owner of the studios could not speak english and hanged up on while Hotel Flora did not want to help us, not even calling the owner/manager of the studios !

The location was brilliant for access to the Ski lifts. There was a very friendly ski equipment hire on the ground floor which we used, and they also organised very good instructors for our skiing.
The apartment kitchen was not very well thought out in terms of equipment and layout so was not suited to any actual self catering except a bit of heating things up. Needs a range of knives and a toaster and storage above the microwave to make full use of the space. When we go again we will be taking some extra kitchen things to keep us going.

the apartments are very good for family with small children, have everything you need - a kitchen , balcon and ets . It is clean and has very good location. Staff is perfect.
